False Advertising Delievers Crappy Products Unethical Scammer
Hatsfashion.com should receive 0 Stars!! Here is my experience. Following a Facebook add to the website of hatsfashion.com on 8 June 2023 I ordered a "Clint Eastwood Poncho" supposedly made out of a Alpaca wool mix and to save on shipping cost added two hat feathers to my order. What a ugly surprise seeing what I received! The "thick and soft Alpaca wool" poncho turned out to be made of a t-shirt thin, stretchy polyester material and the measurements were much smaller. NOTHING like the advertised pictures on the website. And the hat feathers were total different style and colour. Mailing hatsfashion.com resulted in a automated reply that the whole customer team is on vacation. Smelling rotten fish I promptly opened a case with PayPal on 23 June 2023. My action led the seller to email me and offer a measly USD15 partial refund on a USD54 purchase. For a full refund I would have to return the items to a adress in Shenzhen, China but the seller advised against it out of economical reason and that quote "the rate of lost shipment is relatively high" . A obvious tactic to persuade me to take the offered partial refund. After a intense back and forth via email I finally escalated the case to a claim with PayPal on 25 June 2023. I presented comparative pictures of the products received with pictures of the sellers website to PayPal and included also links to this website here and other to showcase that hatsfashion.com is practicing a unethical business. I WON THE CASE and received a full refund from PayPal on 4 July 2023. Do not purchase anything from hatsfashion.com!! Stay away and warn your family and friends. I may add that hatsfashion.com operates 4 different Facebook accounts so be wary of any Hat offers on FB. Take care! P.S. I still have all the pictures and emails for proof.
