Do Not Buy from Ulanzi!
I bought a D200 stream deck from them, and out of the box it didn’t work. I got this with the intentions of actually being able to use it, but that's not a thing... When I plug it in, it says "Ulanzi Starting Up", but will not do anything further on the screen. I had reached out, and they sent me a .bat file with zero instructions on what to do with it. On a Mac, have fun opening a batch file. So I thought maybe try my PC, and run the batch file from there. No dice. I had reached back out on both Facebook Messenger and email, but they have sent me the same file again after I told them that doesn’t work. It’s all copy and paste in their customer service, and they have no idea what they’re doing. Do yourself a favor and do not get anything from this company. It’s trash. They’re trash. Update: Having reached out several times without answers or a response, I finally found someone willing to replace my D200. It came, and this one worked out of the box. It upsets me that it took well over a month to get someone human to talk to me, but it worked out eventually. The customer service needs work. Bad. I am appreciative that they eventually fixed their mistake, so I did up the stars from 1 to 3.
