Had an awful time trying to contact the Uk customer service team. Eventually had an email from a lovely lady called Yuming Hao. I have been back and forth with emails to Yuming, and finally my shine app is working again. 👍🏻 Yuming has been brilliant, step by step instructions, she has been amazing.
