Ignore the recent reviews
Justin is a great rep. While there was an honest mistake with a coupon code that was shared too widely, you still did a good job handling the situation. Ignore the recent 1-star reviews. They were trying to take advantage of an open $100 coupon with no minimum spend that circulated to one of Australia’s largest bargain sites, with thousands of orders coming out as $0. This resulted in orders being cancelled - completely understandable. Keep up the good work!
