Most deceptive and unethical business
Most deceptive and unethical business. I installed the shuteye app with 7-day trial periodn on June 23, 2024. After trying about couple of hours and reading more about the app I decided to cancel and I did cancel by going to iphone settings and cancelled it. Today I was checkign my credit card bill and I see a charge of $32.39 from apple.com for this shuteye app. Even though I cancelled within hours of the app installation in the7-day trial period I still got the full 1 year charged. I just checked at apple app store account and I see that my subscription is cancelled. So I don't have the service but I am charged the 1-year subscription charge. Just submitted a dispute with my credit card. Now I am heading to Federal Trade Commission web site to file a complaint.
