I've ordered from Haybox a number of times and the quality of hay has always been great (especially in the boxes) with long pieces of hay that my piggies loved. However, since the hay has been packed in plastic it tends to mostly be chopped up little bits and very very dusty which cause my piggies to sneeze all the time. Also noticed there's a lot of brown hay and very worryingly a few pieces of blue plastic rope. The quality has not been great and most of the hay is left uneaten in the bottom of the cage. Time to move onto another supplier.
