I would not order from Coolibar again based on this experience.
I placed an order over a month ago, and one of the items was missing from the shipment. Since then, I've had no success getting any help. The website chat service is essentially useless—I waited for over an hour without receiving a response from a real person. There seems to be no effective way to follow up on missing items or get support regarding an order problem. While the products may be good, the lack of customer service and communication makes it very difficult to recommend this company.
