I ordered a hair treatment in March
I ordered a hair treatment in March. After 2 weeks of nothing I requested them to just refund me my money and cancel my order. They canceled my order, said they would refund me, and never did. It has been almost 2 months now and I have filed against them with the BBB and they keep saying that they "escalated my request for a refund" and they still have not refunded me mt money. This company keeps your money and doesn't send you your product. Even when you notify the BBB AND the FTA! Do not trust this company!
