Recovered corrupted files and they want more money to fix
edit: they did refund me when I asked although they did everything in their power to NOT REFUND ME, they eventually did. Paid $70 dollars to recover my files, and it did do that, but they are all corrupt and won't open, which kind of defeats the purpose. They do have a "corruption" fix addon you can buy for another $40 dollars. Kind of crappy way to do business, but live and learn I guess. Now I'm out $70 dollars and I still don't have my files.
