No gift message option - Order from Amazon Instead
Ordered item as gift for friend. No way to add gift message when ordering. How will recipient know who box is from? Sent several requests to add message in box via Contact Us on webpage. AI agent only gave canned response. I called customer service, auto message to communicate via online or Chat Agent. While found merchandise to give as gift, simple task of gift message in box is impossible. Recommend Amazon instead !
