The BEST Customer Service ever!
Probably the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Sent a message in at 9 pm last night, received a message back, responded this morning with additional information, and my replacement has been approved. Love my pots and now I also love the company and the customer service. Thank you Hady M!!!! I’m going to go on line and order a few more pieces now.
