Great Service/Product Damage
The customer service is fantastic. There was a damage in the Mark V helmet order which i had placed. But the service team was very helpful enough to replace the damaged part and guided well to make sure the product is working in full condition. However, there were small dents on the helmet and that was little disappointing as the service team said it’s how the plate it; which shouldn’t be the case I believe. Overall, great experience and fantastic products.
