POOR SERVICE
I purchased a plan as they requested and try to sell you on, after waiting the 10 days and needed to use the plan we'll after the wait period. They did not provide the services and also did not provide any resolutions despite the issue and fault being on behalf of enercares agent. They promised call back and missed those time lines did not care for any customer service resolve. We have been stranded in the heat, Enercare is poorly managed and operated.
