Don’t believe the 90 day back guarantee. They are also massive liars. They won’t give you your refund and then when you contact your card people, they will tell you they WILL ONLY GIVE YOU THE REFUND if you CLOSE THE CLAIM! However, keep in mind that if you close the claim, then there isn’t actually a guarantee that they will actually give you a refund. And if they tell you that the dispute won’t let you get the refund that’s total BS! Better yet, never buy from this place. The earbuds are not even worth the $200. I’m convinced they must have had to pay off people and magazine article people saying they are one of the best products.
