The hair feels great after installation but the first time I washed my hair with Keratase the hair felt synthetic, dry, dull looking and as soon as I got it wet it smelled like it had been burnt from a flat iron. Smelled awful! The quality of the hair has changed and its junk. I followed all directions like I have in the past and the hair now feels synthetic, smells and looks dried out. Also I ordered the wave k tips and the wave in the hair was gone after one washing. Never again!
