Beware!!
I had a great experience with Happy Nest until Christmas!! December 23 I received the wrong laundry mixed in with some of my own! I was told it was a folding mistake , it took more than a week and I still never got all my items back! Fast forward to this week 7/14, I did not have a number of expensive work shirts returned . I am now told that after investigating , they are sure they did not make a mistake…. They offered me a $25 credit , saying the clothing wasn’t folded properly, and leave me hanging with out my clothes ! If you should choose to use this service, it would be my advise to take a picture of each item you send and do t send anything expensive because you risk not getting it back!! I’m so sad and disappointed!😢
