Beautiful lights for ambiance and excellent customer service
I placed 3 separate orders with Vakkerlight for different lights, 2 of which have arrived and are already installed and in use. Both are beautiful, good quality, and add so much ambiance to the spaces they're in - I've already gotten so many compliments. Both lights had large glass coverings, and they arrived well packaged and protected. I've also had a great experience with customer service. I had many questions as I was looking into different lighting options, and the team promptly replied with very detailed and helpful answers each time I reached out. They were also able to provide me with the tracking information for the overseas shipping step, which helped gauge timing and set realistic expectations since I needed to schedule an electrician for one installation. Yes, shipping times are long, but the website does state that information. I do recommend to Vakkerlight to just provide customers with the overseas shipment tracking info when they place an order, not just the final leg local delivery partner's tracking number, and I think this would mitigate a lot of the shipping time frustration that I see here. But other than that, I have been super happy with Vakkerlight, both the products and the team behind them.
