Really poor customer support high…
Really poor customer support high selling fees on market (5%) + high withdrawal fee (5%) and on top of that their withdrawals dont even function properly. Full of errors. As I mentioned before customer support is close to non existent. I have an account around 100K € I DON'T reccomed selling on this site. Yes I close the tickets after waiting for one and a half hours. I spoke to the agent he answeard asked me a question. I provided the information and after one and a half hours I've decided to close it since waiting so long shouldn't be normal. On other websites customer support is fast, responsive and helpful as you said it yourself customer support is very important to you as well. Therefore I'm not willing to delete my post since I didn't lie in any of my statements and customers should know about good and bad experience. Cheers
