Initially I was hesitant about doing a reverse Mortgage, but after speaking with Greg Brannis he explained everything in detail and put me at ease. Reverse mortgages have evolved and I knew it was the right choice for me. It's made my life a bit easier knowing that I don't have that monthly home equity payment and had some cash to do some updates on my home without putting me in debt. Thank u FOA!
