Customer service poor experience
I read the reviews in this column and I find I am not alone in this situation of Shopee Express missing out on deliveries but also the customer service is quite incapable to resolve your issue on their own delivery services. In my case my app shows item out for delivery but already been 7 days, the app status remains unchange and I have not receive any PIN code for pickup point. I called helpdesk, I emailed, and all I receive is standard template replies just like what you read here - leave your order ID, tracking number with them and they will need 3 business days to turn around. This tactic just wears you down until you give up. I started the refund process, and from what I read here in this column, this will be no better. So I guess when Shopee read this column, it will ask me for order ID details etc. Well, look into your backlog.
