Just apalling
Just apalling. 3 separate attempts to obtain a partial (one-fifth!) refund for 3 out of 15 items which were obviously sent as damaged good, was replied with the same stock "You did not provide us evidence". This is despite clearly uploading pictures of said goods in the refund ticket. Roll the dice, take a a gamble but be prepared to lose some money occasionally.
