First, I don't recall signing up for scheduled boxes, as I was always doing them on an as needed basis. Randomly, one came to my house and it was just okay. It was then that I noticed that I was on a scheduled service - however i was supposed to get a box in September and it still hasn't arrived!!! When I check the tracking, the date keeps moving 3-4 days ahead. I reached out to customer service several times; they refunded my styling fee but assured me that some boxes were getting hung up in customs. That was in Dec..... Do not go with this company! There are way better options.
