I liked the variety that came in the box. It took a few months to get the styling right for me. Items are very good quality, but pretty expensive (more than department store; less than luxury).

Reviewers had a great experience with this company. People frequently praise the exceptional quality of the clothing, mentioning that items fit wonderfully, look stylish, and are made with lovely fabrics. Customers truly enjoy interacting with the wonderful staff and personal stylists who listen attentively, answer questions compassionately, and help them discover flattering new looks. Some reviewers were not happy with the high pricing, noting that certain clothing pieces can feel quite expensive for standard household budgets. A few other people also felt that the stylists occasionally sent items that completely missed their stated personal style preferences, leading to frustrating experiences.

I am a long term client (4 years) and have been very happy with the variety and quality of clothing I’ve received until this last box. Two of the nine items I received were actually a size small but the Daily Look tag said they were a large and one other top was so wrinkled I had to steam it to be able to try it on. I really liked one of the mis-sized items but customer service said there was no way to get me the correct size. I kept 4 items, so overall I liked the box but I was VERY disappointed in the response from customer service.
Thank you for your honest feedback, Lori. Getting the style fit right with high quality pieces is right at the heart of what we do, and we're sorry your recent box didn't hit the mark. While our stylists are specifically instructed to follow style quiz selections, styling is also dependent on the inventory available at the time your box is curated. We understand how disappointing it is to receive pieces that felt off from your personal style and quality expectations, and we are continuing to work on improving the Dailylook experience for all our clients. We'd love the opportunity to make this right. A member of our client service team will be reaching out to assist further. The DailyLook Client Service Team
I LOVE getting my DailyLook box- maybe too much! The clothes are always high quality and an excellent fit. There's always something that I wouldn't have chosen for myself that I fall in love with. My husband likes how happy and confident I am and that I'm not wasting time shopping. I'm so happy I found DailyLook!
I’ve received two boxes so far, and I am VERY PLEASED with my experience! The very first box I received I only kept one item, but this was because my stylist Marca was flying blind and had no knowledge of my style preferences. However I gave her detailed feedback after that first box, and my second box came and I kept all but two items, and loved it! I got some pieces that I would never have chosen for myself in a store, but I tried them and loved them!! I find myself now anxiously awaiting each new box!
My stylist did not follow my preferences. There were more than three items that i would have had to return. I canceled the order and my subscription. I said no plaids, no sweaters and no stripes. My box contained a sweate, two stripe/ plaids items and two pair of black pants. She clearly just took stuff from tbe shelf and threw it in there. A waste if time to build a profile. Won't try again

I feel upper end items. More of a boutique style. I get items that I’d never try on, i think that style never would look good on me. But, when the items are sent in the box, I go outside my comfort level. Try on the items, and LOVE most of item.
Lol their website lies and says their competitor stitch fix has a 2.6 score - but you click the link and see stitch fix has a HIGHER score on here at 4.2

I wrote a review on 7/5/2026. Happy to say DailyLook refunded my money and I thank them for listening to the customer. Everyone is not out here trying to get over, as a consumer I just want fairness. Have a great day!
Hello Khalilah, Thank you for posting this updated review, I personally did look at your account and saw where the discrepancy was, I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused to you, and we thank you for your having been a DailyLook Client. The DailyLook Client Service Team
I'm convinced that this clothing service is a scam. All the clothing I received was terrible. Frumpy and ugly and oversized. Each month I would return the box and then be forced to use the $40 credit on overpriced jewelry that was also ugly. It's difficult to cancel the subscription without losing money. Worst experience that I've had with a online clothing service. Would not recommend!
We appreciate your honest feedback, Tara. At Dailylook, we pride ourselves on making personal styling effortless by delivering a larger selection of premium styles in every box, so you can try on different looks from the comfort of your home. Every piece is selected with care, but we understand that quality can fall short of what you envisioned, and that's disappointing. We'd love the chance to look into your specific items and make this right. A member of our client service team will be reaching out to assist further.
Stylist sends products inconsistent with my style choices and selections from the website. I wrote several times and spent much time filling out questionnaires and selecting items I prefer from the website but stylist seems to not be aware of any of my input. I’ve tried 2 boxes with same results. Waiting to see if they correct the second box before canceling this membership. It seems the clothes they offer on the site are not really available which essentially would be a deceptive bait and switch marketing strategy.

I gave DAILYLOOK a second chance after canceling my subscription in the past for the exact same reason, and unfortunately, nothing has changed. The company asks customers to complete a detailed style profile, but based on my experience, those preferences are either ignored or not taken seriously. I clearly stated that I do not wear orange or yellow, that stripes were acceptable only if they were not horizontal, and that I did not need jackets. I also explained that I live in Texas, where our weather is hot most of the year and a blazer would be impractical. Despite providing all of this information, my box included items that directly contradicted my preferences, including a blazer and several pieces that did not fit my style at all. If the styling team isn't going to use the information customers spend time providing, it raises the question of why they ask for it in the first place. The concept behind DAILYLOOK is great, but the execution has been disappointing both times I've tried the service. I was hoping for a personalized styling experience, but instead it felt like a random assortment of clothing with little regard for the preferences I provided. Unfortunately, I won't be giving DAILYLOOK another chance.

I ordered my first box on June 12th and had quite a number of problems. The biggest is that I received the box, on June 22nd, and I was able to put in the discount code that came with the box as well as another one I had. It showed me I would be paying $161 for the order and had both coupon codes in there. I finalized the order and received an email thanking me for the order and that I was charged $204!! There was no itemized costs or any receipt of any kind, just a number. I even went on the website and could only see what I had to send back. I reached out to them and they had charged me $20 for taxes. First of all, this should have been stated at check out, second I live in Oregon where there is no sales tax... They thankfully refunded me that after MANY emails back and forth. Then I found out that you can not stack coupon codes. This was not stated on the coupon code they sent me AND it allowed me to stack them and checkout with the stacked codes at checkout. I am still being charged $184 instead of the $161 I agreed to at checkout. No matter what I say to them, they refuse to refund me. They said there must have been a glitch on their site which allowed it. This is their issue and not okay to have a customer buy something and then charge them more without approval. Also, I am needing to send back the clothes I am not keeping and there is no pre-paid label in there which there is supposed to be. I told them this and they "sent" me one again but it was blank... I still have yet to receive the return label. They are probably waiting until the time has passed and they can charge me for the entire order, that's my fear. I don't know what to do at this point. They owe me $23 and they need to give me a return label so I can return these things....

First box contained two damaged and/or stained items. I wanted a sweater that was in the box - but it had been damaged and requested a replacement. Zero response. Sent everything back. Second box: couldn’t checkout using the app so used my laptop instead. I had problems with their checkout process using the app every time. It’s obvious by the items they sent that they didn’t take into account what my size/style preferences were. It’s all so very apparent they are using AI for a lot of their communications (or they’re non-English speaking). Tons of typos, miscommunications, grammatical errors and misinformation in their responses. When I sent them an email advising the checkout process was not recognizing my submissions - they responded by stating they were canceling my subscription as I requested (I never requested this). So…. I decided to keep it that way. Their clothing items are pretty good - but the prices are VERY high, their customer service is really bad, and the ‘credits’ you earn are actually quite limited.

I tried daily look last year and while they sent a number of items only a couple were worth keeping. My biggest frustration with daily look is how long in advance you have to schedule and they never make their dates. I had a problem last year with an order being over a week late so I unsubscribed. I tried again recently and couldn’t schedule for a month and then they missed that date with no updated date. They can’t seem to figure out shipping and timing so I’m cancelling again and don’t expect to be back.

I don’t understand what all the hype is about Daily Look. I really wanted to give this service a try after reading rave reviews, so I got a few boxes and each one was progressively worse. Honestly, these were the UGLIEST clothes I’ve ever seen and the prices are SO HIGH!!! $$$$ My stylists (I requested a second one after the first one totally missed the mark) completely ignored my requests. It seemed like someone randomly grabbed a bunch of clothes off a rack, threw them in a box and mailed it. No joke, I could get cuter and better quality clothes at TJ Maxx, Marshall’s or Kohls. My favorite styling service is Stitch Fix and I plan to keep Stitch Fix and NEVER use Daily Look again.

Terrible experience. If you have changed sizes, know that it is IMPOSSIBLE to change your style profile - stylist will continue to send you the wrong sizes month after month after month after month. Even if you email them EVERY TIME. Clothes are not great quality. Blazers seldom have a proper lining. There is no luxury at all. If you want a subscription service for the convenience, DailyLook is not the subscription service for you. The amount of time I’ve spent having to reach out to customer service to address problems is astounding.
Now that my stylist knows my vibe, I’ve been getting really cute and versatile pieces! Thank you!
I gave this a try only because of a podcast discount code. Still love the podcast but hated this service! (And I have tried and liked other subscription boxes). Not only did the site mislead me on the discount code, they tried to upsell me🙄 I didn’t want any of the clothes in my box because they weren’t my style at all. My stylist fee wasn’t refunded (as it usually is for other subscription boxes), and when I tried to use my so-called “credits”’before they were expired, they weren’t actually applied. So I just paid $60 for a cheap pair of earrings? Ponzi scheme! Stay away. Overpriced clothes with terrible customer service policies.

My last three boxes have included items I said I didn’t want, colors I mentioned I hated, and sweaters when the temperature in my area is already 90. My last box from 3/23/26 hasn’t even arrived, and it’s now 4/21. I tried to cancel and was told couldn’t, until the latest box is “checked out.” This has been a terrible experience. I also want to add I requested items that I wanted to buy in different sizes and even those weren’t included in my boxes. I’m not sure what the current issues are on the backend, but it’s not worth any more of my time or money.

This has been the worst experience with a style box I have ever had. I worked with stitch fix for years and several boxes from wantable. I have always been able to find pieces that I loved that would fit my lifestyle. Not only did I send the ENTIRE box back, I couldn’t keep 1 item the stylist was so far off the mark of my style, customer service could have cared less and refused to refund my styling fee. I am paying a stylist for absolutely nothing!!! This subscription box is a huge disappointment and clearly does not care to have good customer service. I was not offered a single suggestion, not a second styled box to make up for the horrible one I received, not a refund, not a single gesture of good customer service. This service is a joke.
Hello Kristin. Thank you for reaching out and letting us know about your concern, it is our goal to style a box that you will love and clearly we missed the mark here. An agent from our team will be reaching out to follow up with you shortly. The DailyLook Client Service Team
