Hard sell, bad communication
I only wanted 1 lipstick but got a nd paid for 3. I tried to change/cancel the order but was told it was too late. Thdd red n the product took a long time to arrive and we’d h ed n it did and I used it, it made my lips sore. I have asked for a refund and did not even get sn acknowledgment Useless company selling expensive products
