If i could negatively review this company i would. i signed up for a service that was not what i was expecting and contacted their customer service within the hour. they promised they would not charge me and close the account. the charge stayed in my Paypal pending for two weeks then they put it through. interestingly enough their policy for refund is after 14 days. they refused to comply with a refund and their original promise to 'not charge' me for my mistake. now they have thrown a measly 30% refund my way for a product i never even looked at or used. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY
