Love the shop but online SUCKS
Love the shop. Won’t be ordering online from them again. Have a pair of trousers that I love and always feel great in so thought I would order some more in various colours. Bought three pairs (in two orders) in the same size as the ones I have because they fit really well. They were all too small but one much smaller than the other two. Went online to figure out how to return and if I could return them all together because guess what? RETURNS ARE NOT FREE! And NO you have to return each order separately. Tried to put in my order number and postcode using link on the returns page and it could not find either of my orders. This meant using the Chat. Well first you go through AI which of course can’t deal with it and then you are in a queue for ages to get an “agent” and then you know the agent is dealing with 17 other people because the whole process takes 25 minutes! This is not customer service. Making it this difficult to return something puts you off buying anything. Such a huge company should have it down better than this. Would have ordered all of the trousers again in larger size, but now, NO WAY. I see the Anthropologie reply says “You were satisfied with the outcome” Where they got that from I have no idea. I couldn’t be less satisfied.
