Don't hold your breath waiting for this one
Have a Vaporesso product purchased at a brick and mortar. Replacement coils, etc were double the price in store as opposed to Vaporesso site so I placed an order on company website . Have received 15 emails varying from 'order shipped' to 'invoice information' and 'order cancelled", then "enjoying your new purchase?'. Seriously??? They also sent one saying that they cancelled my order because of a 'high/medium risk of fraud detected'....and a few days after that, yet another one saying my order was shipped and has another so called tracking number. I've sent replies to them to find out what the actual story is, but no luck.
