awful service, i would rather pay extra than deal with them again
didn't follow the instructions to ring my apartment, left package out in the middle of the room, was 2 hours late for their own timing, package was in awful condition. worst part is this was the "free shipping" option for what i ordered and im starting to understand why it was free.
