BEWARE *** If you are okay with no customer service, then this is the place to buy from. Tried contacting the nursery about my order via their ticket system, voicemails and emails. No one bother to get back to me about my plants that died within days of planting (Order #626630/Code: EOK3623438435). The website is terrible. Their so-call ticket submittal system for questions and/or issues doesn't work. Once you submit a ticket then you are supposed to get an email to validate/confirm the ticket. Did not receive email. You can't even create an account. If you call their customer service, it tells you to use the ticket system for faster response. Left several voicemails and emails no response. Never seen this roundabout way of contacting customer service with any other nursery websites. Can't help but think that this is done intentionally to avoid customer complaints. Will not buy from here again. There are other online nurseries who are reputable and honest.
