Never recieved/refused refund
Update 10/08: They are utterly refusing to give a full refund despite being sent communications with the courier that the parcel is lost. 'Due to the loss they are recieved'. IM OUT OF POCKET NOT YOU. UTTER SCAM ARTISTS. Never recieved my parcel. Courier confirmed 'the parcel deemed unaccounted for'. Sent the prove/email to Ciciful and they are refusing to refund in full. SCAM ARTISTS. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
