Shorts I received have no belt loop or draw string. They slide off of my hips. There is no way to return them, When I try to return the website crashes. There is NO email address or telephone number to call customer service. A total black hole. after I wrote this review, OuKu's customer service contacted me and refunded my money, which was good. I am happy that they did it. But there should be a way on their website to contact customer service without the website crashing. Also having a telephone number where you can get ahold of a HUMAN would be stellar and then my complaint would never have gotten to this level. I fell that only by writing this bad review that I received customer service, which in the end did solve one problem. The other problem is that their shorts do not have a tie string or beltloops and thus are non functional (in my opinion).
