I would give them a zero if I could

I would give them a zero if I could. I joined last Friday of no choice of my own. It was required by my insurance. It has been 3 days of confusion over my prescription and a lot of waiting for chat and a live person to get back with me. My prescription was sent by a doctor I have had zero communication with to a self-pay pharmacy that apparently handles Medicare patients and I’m not even old enough to be on Medicare. The pharmacy keeps texting me saying my prescription is ready to refill, but when I called I was told they didn’t even have my prescription. I did talk to someone at 9am and they claimed they had never heard of the pharmacy that was texting and emailing me. They also said my prescription would be sent to CVS as I requested. I informed them I had not provided a pharmacy because I was not asked for my pharmacy information when I joined. Come to find out my prescription was going to a pharmacy in California and I live in Georgia. The person I spoke with was kind enough to walk me through correcting the pharmacy error. I was also scheduled to receive a vial of medicine with regular syringes rather then the pen I have been taking for the past year and a half. I finally got that straightened out. One of my chat conversations confirmed that a doctor from 9am did indeed sent my prescription to the self-pay pharmacy. That has since been canceled. I’m still waiting to find out why my information has been shared with the wrong pharmacy by a doctor I have never even talked to or communicated with which is very alarming to me. I’m still waiting for someone to explain all these mistakes since my case was supposedly escalated to management last Friday, but no one from management has contacted me. I will have to just wait and see how this all plays out because I have no choice. Your AI generated response is not helpful. I have been on my medication for over a year that my doctor has been monitoring the entire time. You don’t know more about my health and medical needs than my doctors. The whole point of having a primary care physician is to be able to go to one doctor for your needs and they can refer you to specialists as needed. I do not see the need to be forced to deal with strangers for one prescription and so far this has not been a good experience due to all the errors you all have made. SCARY is the word that comes to mind that my health and privacy is now in your hands.
