The process took a very long time
The process took a very long time. I eventually did get payment but it seemed to take a month. i've done this exact thing through Apple and it took maybe 10 days. The customer communication was very slow but when I did hear back regarding when I would get payment, the person was very nice but really couldn't tell me anything except to wait.
