Never again
Never again! I order a LOT of beads from China and have tried to order from Beads.us three separate times. Every time, the beads I want are not in stock. Sometimes, they send cheap, poor substitutions that are not at all like what I wanted and ordered. The turn around time is long and there is no tracking available through the website - at least on the shipping method they use on the orders I placed. I am just disgusted. I get no emails or communication from them. You have to go to their website, log in and check your support tickets to see if they have answered you when you try to communicate with them. My last order was a cluster mess and they did not respond when I sent a final message telling them about all of the problems and that I can no longer try to order from them. Compared to other sites like Kbeads or Nbeads, this site is a joke. Go with the others. You won't be frustrated, disgusted and cheated.
