Exceptional customer service
The customer service team I dealt with was exceptional. The firm's routine communications (e.g., after order was placed and shipped) were very helpful. In addition, they replied to my questions and concerns promptly and politely, and they were able to resolve the issue I had to my full satisfaction. (Please note that this issue was not related to any problem with product quality or service as the pillows provided were well made, shipped quickly, and were delivered correctly.)
