Awful customers service
Awful customers service. I ordered something online. When I received an email confirming my address, I noticed the address was incorrect. I called them and the person at Bass pro told me to call Fed Ex to have it corrected. She said there was nothing they could do. Called Fed ex and they said they can't do it, rather Bass pro has to contact them and that they should know this, it's standard procedure. Called Bass Pro back and they said there is nothing they can do. I just have to wait for the shipment and when I don't get it,it "should be returned" to their Fed ex location. I asked them to cancel the order because part of the order wasn't shipped yet and they said they couldn't. Terrible, horrible service. Never again will I order or buy from them.
