I have a very disappointing experience…
I have a very disappointing experience with Drivelah during my first (and last) renting experience with them. I used to rent a car on weekend or during public holiday. Normally car providers in Singapore will charge depend on the renting duration + either self top up the petrol or based on the distance we take. For drivelah, you basically will be charged both petrol and distance once you exceed the "allowed milleage". The extra charges after exceeding allowed milleage is killing us at $0.75 per km which is much higher than any other car sharing company (remember that on top of this you still need to pay your own petrol) The apps is not very clear and transparant at pointing out this term especially on the amount of charges. They also initially count me as 1 day 7 hour instead of 7 hour renting duration which later on they apologize. This shows how poor their system. For your consideration, I have to pay $192 for lousy 2008 old Sienta for just 7 hours. It is pretty sucks.
