Status written delivered but not notify…
Status written delivered but not notify where they put the parcel. As a recipient, I need to call the customer service first, only know where to pick it up. Address are written properly, its not even got security guard to block your way. And by chance, If I didn't check/track my parcel in the website, I won't know are them really delivered? Is it to the wrong place? or have been taken by others. Plus one star to the customer service, BUT, it also need to call the second time only can get through.
