Ordered a picture bracelet for my partner. It arrived and the picture is not visible which was the whole point of the gift. Emailed customer service who asked for additional videos. I sent them over just to receive a message that my complaint has been closed with no resolution. Absolutely not worth the money and customer service is rubbish. AVOID!!!
