Solved our poor coverage problem
We get miserable coverage in our area and after trying Verizon, AT&T and Consumer Cellular, did a 30-day test of T-Mobile's coverage. It proved to be FAR better. Then I discovered US Mobile uses the exact same towers as T-Mobile (if I select "Light Speed"), and at a fraction of the price. We use very little data so chose the plan "By the Gig", and 2 GB for 2 lines total price is just $18/month! Suspicious that it may be too good to be true, I went to Trustpilot and with over 7,100 reviews it gets an amazing 4.7 stars. (For comparison, Verizon and AT&T, also with thousands of reviews, get 1.3 & 1.2 stars respectively! It's hard to imagine how they stay in business with such pathetic customer appreciation.) So we've switched and couldn't be happier.
