**Update** Liam if you read it properly you will see that I didn't place an order in the end so don't have an order number to give to you. Tried to order online for the first time, had a welcome code and as my order was over £30 should have had free standard delivery however £2.50 kept being added, tried to contact customer services, after finally getting through to a person, ended up on hold for 5mins when she said she would be 2-3mins, I tried to chase her with no response, very disappointed so will search for the product I wanted from other outlets.
