I wanted to buy this as a gift. When you buy online from Tile, they automatically make you the registered user and you can't change that. So 40 minutes after I purchased, I joined the Tile chat and said that I wanted to cancel my order. Even though my Apple Card hadn't been billed, I was told that it had been "processed" and I would have to send it back at my expense when received. I explained that I was planning on purchasing through apple and that yes, they could cancel the transaction as it hadn't shipped. Nope. I'll send it back. Don't know if I'll buy one as this doesn't bode well for their customer service
