Good experience!
Rush49 has been a good experience so far. I wasn’t able to use vouchers I initially purchased, but Rush49 allowed for flexibility in issuing credit toward the purchase of another experience. Ernie was great—he helped me navigate a tricky situation and even spent extra time assisting me over the phone. I value his patience and understanding. This kind of customer service motivates me to use Rush49 again for fun events in the future.
