The company is a scam

The company is a scam. Do not buy from. The merchant providing the service informed me. I then tried to contact this company and it went to a personal voicemail.

DO NOT USE RUSH 49

Rush49 is selling passes for Outdoor Gravity Park, that has asked them to cease and desist. They are still selling despite that. We are now pending a refund but have heard no response from Rush49 for 2 business days now.

I have had so many issues with my purchase and my codes. I purchased them several days ago to go to the show that was tonight, but the codes were invalid so i contracted customer service and I got no response after 24 hours so I followed up again the next 4 days and yet still no response. I would tell anyone to avoid this shoddy business and I will avoid them as well in the future. Not only did they ruin my plans but they require you to contact the customer service who does not respond in order to ask for a refund.

I purchased a discount code. I got the email from Rush with the code, and immediately attempted to use it. The vendor website said “Sorry that code has expired”. I emailed Rush49 right back about the issue, but never got any response. Ever. I challenged the charge with my credit card so I got my money back. But Rush49 never communicated with me again after my purchase…

Have purchased two sets of tickets through Rush 49 for the same venue they are much cheaper and I have not had any difficulty redeeming them.

Scam!!!

I sent out multiple emails regarding a refund request and have yet to hear back from them. Regarding my purchase for 5 tickets to Mercer Labs using the Rush49 website; I tried redeeming my tickets to which they were denied at the door once scanned by the QR and the barcode. I am extremely upset that I had to purchase another set of tickets from the museum in person on top of the purchase I made online using your service and want a refund on my tickets. Several of our friends bought these vouchers to Drunk Dracula in Phoenix only to find out that they wouldn’t honor them. It was a complete nightmare going back and forth with DD to get them to work with Rush49 to reimburse all of us. Rush49 has a no refund policy. BUYER BEWARE! It does not state what dates you can and cannot use them for different events.

Purchased the wrong tickets - refund policy horrible!

I accidentally purchased the wrong type of ticket for children and am out $44. Their refund policy is horrible. $35 charge back fee - guess I just donated to someones pocketbook. Buyer beware!!
