Really bad experience buying tickets. Was watching tickets all day and finally found a deal I was really excited about for some nice tickets. 30 minutes later was told 'oops, those tickets can't be delivered'.
I was then offered tickets 'at no additional charge' that were worse seats, listed on the site for 1/2-2/3 of the price I paid (no mention of being refunded the difference). When I chatted about this I was told 'best we can do is a refund'. No compensation for my troubles or time. No reason to trust Gametime in the future.

Super easy transaction. Every step was verified. Same day ticket purchase was seamless and we got great seats for a very reasonable price. Would definitely use the Game time app again.

Got some cheap seats a few hours before the game. We were thankful for that. Looks like the entire row was purchased and trying to be sold… perhaps there is a better way to do that so seats aren’t left empty!

I had a great experience using Gametime to buy concert tickets because, most importantly, the tickets were 'real' and I could trust I wasn't being scammed. It was also a very fast efficient process to purchase, pay, and receive the tickets.

We got our tickets and parking with no issue. I was a little worried about the parking access, but it worked out. We were actually allowed to park in the area before the time they had listed. Price was great for tickets. Parking was good for the area and the walk to the ballpark from parking was not too bad. Parking are also felt safe and well monitored.
