Creality K1 defekt
Diese Email hatte ich vor Tagen und noch eine weitere Erinnerung geschrieben, keine Reaktion. Sehr schlechter Kundenservice. Werde wohl paypal bemühen müssen. Dear ladies, Gentlemen, I'm a big fan of Creality so I have the Ender 3 series and an Ender 5 S1. 3 days ago I bought and received the Creality K1 with great pleasure. It looks very good and the first prints went without any problems. As of today I am very disappointed. It no longer prints, the display shows the following error message "Key 2253". If I perform a reset, the message is gone, but this message comes back. I also noticed that I received a printer from the first batch. Extruder and the hotend are still the old parts. The print bed is totally crooked on the graphic representation, a tolerance of over 1 mm. The serial number is: 50000 11847 D523EB JR FCC ID: 2AXH6-K1 I hope you can help me so that I can enjoy the K1 print again. Many thanks for your help. Best regards
