Disappointing, not unlimited at all
It charges £39 for one month and it says unlimited pass then after some contacts it doesn't let you contact anymore. The message states you have reached limits per day and it stays after that until your membership runs out and you cannot contact any tutors. That means nearly 15 days of my membership was wasted. Most of the tutors refuse you anyway. If you are lucky you will find one but then they ask for more hourly rate. I think the monthly pass is way too expensive and if you are lucky you will find one turor. Plus the help centre is not very helpful. They take a long time to answer and they were rude.
