Forced Unfair Cancellation Charges
Circular runs a mobile devices lending business on monthly subscription. I have signed a 3-month contract for $327 for a iPhone 14 pro max. On the second day, I discovered the phone was not compatible with the game PUBG mobile. I have emailed Circular to request for an exchange to an older model. Instead was forced to cancel and pay the full cancellation of 3 months. On the third day, I have emailed Circular to request for a waiver and is satisfied to forfeit the first month $109 which was already paid in advance. The phone is brand new and used for only an hour. Circular is not honest, respectable, understanding and flexible to its customers' needs and satisfaction.
