Steer very clear from this company
Steer very clear from this company. They falsely advertise 30 day returns, however they will not honor them. They have a hidden catch which is that if you open the box, you cannot return the item. How do you know if it's even defective if you cannot open the box. There are no returns. They offered me a partial refund twice, in which I accepted. 30 days later no refund and they keep emailing me as if I never responded, despite them replying and saying great, give us 3-7 days for your refund to process. I have reported them to FTC and will report elsewhere as well.
