Very frustrating returns service
Items took a couple of weeks to come, I wasn’t in a rush so that didn’t bother me. The sizing was odd, and what said UK 10 on the website was really oversized. Decided to return all items and this where my issue lies. There is no online returns form and no paperwork in the bag so I had to hand write my name, order number and reason for return and email the company to get the return address (this is not provided on the website and they ask that you email for it!). They replied to me twice asking if there’s another solution to refunding after I was clear that I wanted to return them. 3 times I have had to ask for them to send me the return address, I go abroad soon and need to get the package back in time. It’s ridiculous for a service to operate this way and feels obstructive. Update: following this review, the company issued me a full refund without having to return the goods. I appreciated this.
